I'm a Colombian artist and filmmaker. I love drawing and meditating through images since I was a child. Drawing led to animation; I was fascinated to see how my sketches came to life. Since then, I live at 24 frames per second. Later, animation led to live action. Those are the three loves of mi life: illustration, animation and live action.
I've had the opportunity to work on different projects on these three areas. In Live Action, I have worked in the direction department as AD and Script Supervisor; also as a screenwriter and director of personal projects. I especially enjoy the casting processes and working with actors, particularly with children.
In general, my processes are close to the exploration of childhood and the unconscious. I deeply believe that it is possible to heal ourselves through self-introspection and the exercise of remembering who we have been. Then, I am also interested in teaching and sharing artistic processes from a therapeutic and cathartic place.
